RAYS OF HOPE
The NCCS National Candlelight Vigil
Saturday, September 25, 1999
In September 25, 1998. Over 15,000 people gathered on the
steps of the Lincoln Memorial in Washington, D.C., for NCCS' National Candlelight Vigil.
The occasion was the eve of THE MARCH...Coming Together To Conquer CancerSM. These
historic events were only the beginning. Every year, until there is NO MORE CANCER, NCCS
will unite thousands of people at candlelight vigils in Washington and in communities
nationwide to remember those lost to cancer, celebrate survivorship and hold
decision-makers accountable for the goals set forth at THE MARCH.
NCCS invites you, your family and friends to the second annual National Candlelight Vigil,
RAYS OF HOPE. Join us at the Lincoln Memorial on Saturday, September 25, 1999.
